Climate Risk and Resiliency Decision-making and Assessment Framework - iQRe
The Integrated Cross-Scale Urban Resilience Assessment (iQRe) framework is fully aligned with the IPCC AR6 climate risk concept and the generic guidelines of the DIN EN ISO 14091:2021 framework offering a unique integrated systems for assessing the risks related to the potential impacts of climate change for urban environments fulfilling the EU Taxonomy requirements :
The iQRe is based on IPCC, DIN EN ISO 14091 guidelines and is fully incorporate the German fee structure for architects and engineers (HOAI) and DIN 276.
The iQRe is structured based on the European CEN/TC 350-standard, can be integrated in many European (SB Tool, ITACA) and German sustainability rating labels (DGNB/ QNG/ BNK)
The iQRe rating is first numerical urban resiliency rating system that can cover all climate related risks, hazards , future climate projection and RCP scenarios and can be applied at single or multiple urban scales.
The IQRe allow to streamlining the urban climate resilience across various sectors, clarifying administrative tasks by the stakeholders and ensuring that each team member is provided clear roadmap and task allocation.
